A: When your device is used for a period of time, it is likely to accumulate some dust, so black dots will appear. When this happens, you can use a soft cloth, dipped in some alcohol to gently wipe the lens surface. If the first way can not be solved, you can open the open cover of the device, use a cotton swab dipped in part of the alcohol to gently wipe or use the air gun, blow dryer to clean the dust inside.
Q: After using the projector for a period of time, the device is hot to the touch, why is this?
A: The temperature of the device becomes high, which has a great connection with the scene of use and the length of use. When the temperature of the projector becomes high, you need to check if the scene temperature is high and change it to another scene or put it to rest. When the length of use is too long, you need to turn the device off and give it some time to rest. When all of the above have been ruled out, you need to identify the projector by the sound of the fan inside the projector to check if the fan is working properly, as the fan inside the device is used for heat dissipation.

A: Our projector screens are foldable, so it is normal for you to receive it with wrinkles. You only need to unfold it and use an iron to remove the creases.
Q: How do I clean my projector screen when it has become dirty after use?
A: For dirty projector screens, you can gently wipe the screen with a soft cloth dipped in alcohol to remove the stain. Alternatively, purchase your own special cleaner for projector screens.
We do not recommend hand washing or machine washing, as this can seriously damage the material of the screen cloth and make it unusable.
Q: I want to use the projector screen outdoors, what can I do to strengthen it and prevent it from being shaken violently by the wind?
A: All projector screens come with a stand, except our MS120 projector screen which does not come with a stand. The screen with stand is perfect for outdoor use. We have also paired the package with ropes and floor pegs so you can use it with these accessories when the wind is stronger, which can be great for preventing shaking and giving you more peace of mind when watching movies.
